Accelerating Construction Capital

Construction capital, connected from draw to payment.

Kunstrux provides the technology infrastructure that connects lenders, builders, and trades, enabling construction capital to move with greater speed and control from the first draw request to the final project payment.

When construction capital slows down, everyone pays the price.

When draw information, documents, and payment conversations live in separate places, moving from one step to the next takes much more work.

That can mean more follow-ups for lenders, funding uncertainty for builders, and payment uncertainty for trades.

How the Kunstrux platform works

A draw request brings together a lender’s funding decision, a builder’s next steps on the job site, and payment for the trades completing the work. Kunstrux connects these construction professionals around the project they share, from lender draw approval, to builder funding, to trade payment.

Diagram summary. A photograph of an architectural model with annotations. Lenders: the small office at the left. Builders: the three people coordinating work between the framed house and the light-commercial building at the upper right. Trades: the workers framing and wiring in the foreground. Kunstrux: the small matte tile carrying the Kunstrux mark at the centre of the model, which each scene is joined to by a thin path; it stands for the connecting technology, not a device, a bank, an escrow service or a holder of funds. The framed house and the light-commercial building at the upper right are the residential and commercial projects the participants share. The paths carry no direction and show relationships only.

One platform. One portal. One app.

Lenders use the Kunstrux Lender Portal. Builders and trades use one shared Kunstrux App.

Lenders manage draw requests in the Lender Portal. Builders submit draw requests and track approval in the shared app. Trades receive payment for approved and verified work, then access available funds in their Kunstrux App wallet.

The portal and app connect all aspects of project work while lenders retain their existing policies, approval authority, and funds-flow preferences. The result is a construction treasury network that keeps money and projects moving.

Built for lenders, builders, and trades

For lenders

Manage risk. Lend faster. Earn sooner.

Kunstrux gives lenders greater control and visibility across construction draw requests and funding disbursements, from project start to finish.

Your institution retains control of its existing policies, approval authority, and funds-flow preferences. Core-system connectivity can support draw visibility in a more connected environment; specific availability depends on the institution and implementation.

No SaaS fees for lenders. Modernize construction draw request management without adding another software subscription fee. Kunstrux earns revenue outside the construction ecosystem instead of charging lenders recurring monthly or annual SaaS subscription fees.

For builders

More control. Greater visibility. Faster draws.

Gain greater control of the job site from the palm of your hand, without changing the way you want to work.

Keep the project information, budget phases, documents, and conversations available to you close to the job.

Prepare draw requests with phases, amounts, and supporting information in one place, then follow draw status from your phone while your lender retains approval and release-of-funds control.

For trades

More ways to get paid. Get money fast with no fees.

Participating trades and subcontractors get paid faster in familiar ways for approved and verified work.

Keep payment requests, project records, and conversations close to the job, with the tools available to your role.

Once money is available to an eligible account, use the account options available to you; receiving payment through the applicable Kunstrux trade-payment experience does not carry a fee.
